A beautifully crafted 8" Stock pot with a lid. A perfect piece for cooking stocks, but also vegetables, stews, pasta, middle Eastern rice dishes, Biryani and even pies. Made by Netherton Foundry in Shropshire, England using a spun iron method making each piece a little lighter than cast iron pieces.

The machines which skilled artisans spin the black iron on are over 100 years old. This method of crafting has even as been seen with evidence of it's use as far back as ancient Egyptian era.

This piece is finished with brass rivets on both handles with a subtle Netherton logo engraved.
