Returns

Customer Returns
You have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery, and you then have 14 days to return your goods to our studio. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns. We do not accept returns of broken goods.

When sending items back please include a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation email) and whether you would like a refund or exchange (and what you would like in exchange). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please ensure that items are wrapped and packed securely so as to avoid damage in transit.

Undeliverable / Address Not Found / Return to Sender
Packages returned to the studio by our couriers will be automatically refunded, minus shipping costs. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.
