Shipping policy

We’re pleased to say that we now ship our objects worldwide. Due to the weight, fragility and the amount of physical space our ceramics take up, shipping costs can seem quite high. We are always looking to lower costs and hopefully, as we grow we will be able to offer better options in the future.

Orders are usually dispatched from our studio in Cornwall within 1-2 business days if we have your items in stock. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped. Items may take longer to ship during high traffic periods such as international holidays and during promotional periods.

£15 / Free on orders over £100: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, Jersey, Netherlands, Poland

£20 / Free on orders over £100: Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

£30 / Free on orders over £150: Bulgaria, Greece, Romania

£50 / Free on orders over £200: Cyprus, Croatia, Malta

We are pleased to be able to ship to customers worldwide, unfortunately, this service is not currently available online. If you require a shipment to a country outside of the EU you can email us at hello@dorandtan.com and we can deal with your request on a one to one basis.
