Our returns policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase. Apologies however if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can accept refunds on any product purchased within the last 30 days and returned to us in original packaging and good condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
It can take a few says for a refund to be processed by your band or credit card provider. However, if you haven't received a refund after 10 working days, please contact us so we can help.
We accept refunds on sale items just as we do on standard returns.
Although we take every care to package our pots safely for transit, this does happen from time to time and its always heartbreaking. Get in touch and send them back to us. When we receive them we'll reimburse you for the cost of delivery and send you some new pots ASAP.
Before shipping anything back to us please do get in touch, we'll give you our return shipping address and do our best to help.
When shipping items to us, please get proof of postage and a receipt so we can reimburse you for the cost should your refund be successful.
We also recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as if we your returned item is lost in the post we will not be able to issue a refund.
