A useful set of two hand-dipped beeswax candles, these twins are connected by their wick. Beeswax gives the candles their characteristically natural colour and a subtle sweet scent of honey.

The wide base of these candles means they can simply sit on a small heatproof plate such as our Pinch Dishes as the centre piece of your dining table.

SHIPPING INFO

We’re pleased to say that we now ship our objects worldwide. Due to the weight, fragility and the amount of physical space our ceramics take up, shipping costs can seem quite high. We are always looking to lower costs and hopefully, as we grow we will be able to offer better options in the future.

Orders are usually dispatched from our studio in Cornwall within 1-2 business days if we have your items in stock. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped. Items may take longer to ship during high traffic periods such as international holidays and during promotional periods.

PACKAGING

We try to be mindful of our impact on the environment. All our ceramics are delivered in recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable packaging. All our boxes made from 80% recycled materials.

Standard Shipping (2-3 days): £5.95 / Free on orders over £50

Express Shipping (1-2 days): £7.95

Next Day By 1pm (When ordered before 12pm): £11.95

Next Day Delivery for Saturday (When ordered on Friday before 12pm): £14.95

European Shipping

Currently we are not shipping to the EU due to Brexit complications.

Rest of the World

We are pleased to be able to ship to customers worldwide, unfortunately this service is not currently available online. If you require a shipment to a country outside of the EU you can email us at hello@dorandtan.com and we can deal with your request on a one to one basis.

Returns

Customer Returns

You have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery, and you then have 14 days to return your goods to our studio. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns. We do not accept returns of broken goods.

When sending items back please include a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation email) and whether you would like a refund or exchange (and what you would like in exchange). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please ensure that items are wrapped and packed securely so as to avoid damage in transit.

Undeliverable / Address Not Found / Return to Sender

Packages returned to the studio by our couriers will be automatically refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.

Hand thrown and glazed! Every piece is just a little bit different.
